What’s included in my subscription?
Exclusive use of your chosen car plus insurance, registration, maintenance and roadside assistance. You just add fuel (or charge) and tolls.
Do I need to pay a deposit or joining fee?
No. There’s no security deposit and no membership, establishment or application fee. The weekly price you see is what you pay.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions renew every 30 days and are charged every 15 days. Your first payment is taken when your booking is confirmed.
How do I cancel?
Give 30 days’ notice through your Carly account. No exit fees, no lock-in contract.
How many kilometres do I get?
Choose Entry (1,000 km), Medium (2,000 km) or Large (2,800 km) every 30 days. Extra km are charged at 30c, 20c or 10c per km depending on your plan.
What licence do I need?
A current full Australian licence or a P2 provisional licence. An English-language licence from your country of residence is also accepted. Learner and P1 licences aren’t.
Are the cars new?
Most of our cars are less than five years old. Some are brand new, others are well-maintained, great-value used cars.
Do you deliver?
Not at the moment. When you subscribe you’ll see the distance to your car’s handover location so you can pick the most convenient one.
